Day One of the Mediterranean Diet/South Beach

So today is a Monday, and really the best day to officially begin my diet. My LS is doing OK, The last few days it has been pretty good. Breakfast yesterday was 1/2 half an omelet with ham and cheese and about a cup of mixed fruit. Had a couple of snacks (cheese, salami, and nuts) and dinner was roasted chicken with salad. I also had champagne and chocolate.

Today breakfast was another ham and cheese omelet with a tomato instead of fruit. Lunch is chicken with salad and vinaigrette, and I have two snacks packed. String cheese and sunflower seeds. Dinner is porkchops and sauteed cabbage with salad,
